Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Veldhoven-Smeets Juwelier, Peterstraße 5, 52062 Aachen, Germany, ) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail, an email, or using the online cancellation form provided above) regarding your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the attached sample cancellation form for this purpose, although its use is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery option we offer), without delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive notice of your cancellation of this contract. We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within 14 days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the costs of returning and insuring the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.

The right of withdrawal is excluded in the case of goods that are prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by you is decisive or which are clearly tailored to your personal needs. This applies, for example, to individual engravings, production or modification of the goods. The right of withdrawal is also excluded for goods if their seal has been removed after delivery.

We are not obligated to accept returns of merchandise that has been worn, washed, or damaged. Any included packaging, the original box with documentation, warranty, and certificates are considered part of the merchandise and must also be returned in the event of a return.
