Shipping and delivery
Within Germany we always ship free of charge per insured parcel. Within the European Union we charge the shipping costs below. Shipping costs may be added to the indicated product prices, depending on the location, size of the package or express shipping. You can find out more about the shipping costs when you place your order. Unless otherwise agreed, the shipment will be sent to the delivery address specified by the customer.
After the goods have been handed over to the transport and shipping company, the customer receives a shipping confirmation by e-mail with a tracking code, which the customer can use to track the shipment and delivery time on the websites of the logistics partners.
Please contact us if you would like us to ship to a country outside the EU. We will then discuss the possibilities with you.
Delivery to packing stations is not possible for security reasons.
Orders are processed by us during business hours. Your orders are usually ready for dispatch no later than one working day after receipt of your payment.
The order can be collected from the store during our opening hours.
All deliveries are insured against theft and damage. This insurance cover applies until the confirmed handover by the carrier to you as the customer and then expires.
All deliveries are sent neutrally, i.e. without our logo. This means that it is not obvious that the goods are valuable.
Returns within Germany are insured by us. The prerequisite for this is the registration of the return using the withdrawal form via the support service. Upon receipt, you will receive the return slip for the insured return shipment by e-mail.
Returns outside Germany are not insured by us.
Outside of Germany, the costs for the return shipment (postage, packaging and insurance) are at your expense. We recommend that you use a track and trace shipping system, keep the shipping receipt and insure the products at full value. If we are charged additional shipping costs for your package, we can deduct these from the refund. You are responsible for the return shipment until it is handed over to us. We accept no liability for lost or damaged goods during return transportation.
Shipping is carried out by international shipping and transportation companies. We reserve the right to select the carrier on the basis of the value of your order, among other things, in order to ensure maximum protection during transportation.

- Shipping to Germany is free of charge for all order values.
- For orders to EU countries over €15,000, we only offer shipping on request.
- Shipping to Switzerland and the United Kingdom is only possible on request.
