How do I create a customer account?
Select the "My Account" link at the top right of the website. Under Account Dashboard you can create a personal account by entering your details and from your account dashboard you can view your recent orders, edit your shipping and billing addresses and password and account details.
You can also create an account very easily during an order. After you have placed a product in the shopping cart, please click on "Checkout". Then you can also create a personal account by entering your details.

How can I change my personal data?
From your account dashboard, you can view your recent orders, edit your shipping and billing addresses and password and account details.
Can I delete my customer account with all my data?
This is generally possible. Please send us an e-mail to or use our Contact form.
I cannot log in to my customer account.
If you have problems logging in, first check that your e-mail address and password have been entered correctly. If you have forgotten your password, simply click on "Forgot your password?" and follow the instructions to create a new password. If you still have difficulties, please contact our customer support - we will be happy to help you.
How do I get a new password?
Click on "Forgot your password?" in the "My account" area of our store. Enter your registered e-mail address and we will immediately send you an e-mail with a link that you can use to create a new password. If the e-mail is not in your inbox within a few minutes, please also check your spam folder. If you have any further questions or problems, please contact our support team.

How is a product returned?
You can return the purchased products free of charge within Germany or return them to our store by contacting us in writing using the withdrawal form within a period of 14 days. We will then be happy to send you all the return documents so that you can return the watch or jewelry to us insured for its value. You will then be refunded your purchase amount after the incoming goods inspection in our workshop.
For returns outside Germany, the customer bears the packaging, transportation and insurance costs. We recommend using a track and trace shipping system, keeping the proof of shipment and insuring the products at full value. If we are charged additional shipping costs for your package, we may deduct these from the refund. You are responsible for the return shipment until it is handed over to us. We accept no liability for lost or damaged goods during return transportation.
What are the conditions for accepting a return?
- You can return the goods purchased from us free of charge within 14 days of receipt of the goods within Germany by using the withdrawal form and sending it back to us by e-mail or post.
- The products are undamaged, not worn and in their original condition.
- The sealant has not been removed from the product.
- Original packaging, guarantees or certificates as well as instructions etc. must be included in the return shipment.
- Bracelets or parts of bracelets, chains, earrings or necklaces supplied must be included.

When willwill the credit note be issued if the order is returned?
After receipt of the return and positive inspection of the products and delivery components, we will transfer the purchase price shortly, at least within 14 days. Only the buyer is entitled to a refund of the purchase price.
Refunds will only be made in the same payment method and currency of purchase. A cash refund is not possible.

When will the delivery be made?
Do I have to accept the order personally?
After we have personally handed over your order to our shipping service provider, we will send you an e-mail confirmation with a tracking code.
We make every effort to ensure prompt delivery. You can follow the shipment tracking with the tracking code on the website of the shipping company and the delivery will be handed over to you personally by the carrier and cannot be left with neighbors or in a packing station, for example.
If the parcel deliverer cannot find you, he will leave you a message about the delivery attempt and try again.
As the value of your order can be very high, you must accept the delivery in person.
If we do not have the item in stock and the delivery time is delayed, we will contact you.

Are the products delivered in the original packaging?
The products are delivered in the original box from the manufacturer with guarantee and certificate.

Yes, you can have each item gift-wrapped separately free of charge.
Our shipping carton will look neutral on the outside for security reasons.

Our watchmakers service and repair many watch brands, including Rolex, Omega, Breitling, IWC, Tag Heuer, Baume & Mercier and Cartier.
Can I have jewelry repaired or altered?
Our goldsmiths will be happy to repair and alter your jewelry.
We are also there for you for custom-made products or reworking of existing jewelry.
Can I have a watch or piece of jewelry engraved?
You can have a watch or piece of jewelry purchased from us engraved if engraving is technically possible.
